We prefer to stay relatively small, pay our workers a great wage so they have incentive to take pride in their work, and still beat the big competitors on the bid. Why? Because we don’t need to add another 30% or more in overhead, just so the CEO can have a 40x40 office.




Bundle Pricing
We firmly believe in being thorough, and offer bundle pricing. We would rather cure the immediate problem, as well as problems that will happen soon. Spend a bit more now, so your issues and or risk, is reduced to every 10+ years average.
Trust us when we tell you, if you pay a company to do bare minimum every 6-12 months average, you will pay more than the company that gives you 10+ year solutions. We do run ads in our immediate surrounding areas, but can still save you a ton of money from the competition.

Legacy proudly serves all of Utah, primarily within a 30 minute trip from the Salt Lake City to Layton Parallel. For those outside this range, we still over very competitive service rates, especially if it can wait until we can bundle it with another job in that direction.
